The Service Selection Board (SSB) is a prestigious organization responsible for conducting interviews and selections for prospective officers in the Indian Army, Navy, and Air Force. The SSB follows a standardized and comprehensive evaluation system to assess the suitability of candidates for a career as commissioned officers.
The SSB Interview Process spans five days and consists of a series of tests and tasks designed to evaluate a candidate’s intelligence, personality, leadership qualities, and officer-like attributes. The interview is conducted in two stages, with Stage A serving as a qualifying stage for progression to Stage B.
Candidates seeking entry through NDA, CDS, TES, JAG and Air Force entries must secure minimum qualifying marks in both the written examination and the Officer Potentiality tests conducted during the SSB. For Air Force applicants, additional assessments such as the Computerized Pilot Selection System (CPSS) and the Pilot Aptitude Battery Test (PABT) are conducted. The PABT is exclusive to Air Force aspirants and is administered to all SSB-qualified candidates who have the Air Force as one of their service preferences.
To ensure thorough preparation, our SSB Interview Coaching is conducted as a structured 15-day residential program. The program fee is ₹21,000, which is all-inclusive, covering hostel accommodation, meals, training, and other essential facilities throughout the duration of the course. This residential format enables candidates to adapt to a disciplined routine while receiving focused guidance aligned with actual SSB assessment standards.
